E.L.V.A Nursing was founded on the vision of Esther Philip-Oyedele, who sought to utilize her talents, skills, and passion for teaching to educate and empower nursing students in their pursuit of success, especially in the NCLEX-RN and PN exams.
At E.L.V.A., we believe that knowledge is not passive but rather an active pursuit that requires dedication and effort to acquire and apply.
Our mission is to empower nursing students to succeed by providing the necessary tools and resources to excel in their studies, pass their exams, and become compassionate and effective healthcare professionals. We are committed to supporting our learners' community by offering personalized guidance, reliable information, and a supportive environment that fosters their success and enables them to reach their full potential.

Hello Future Nurses,
My name is Esther Philip-Oyedele. My journey towards becoming a nurse began from the bottom as a CNA, then LPN, and finally RN-BSN (in 2017). Once I discovered my passion for teaching and empowering nursing students, I decided to pursue further education, culminating in an MSN in nursing education in 2020. Currently, I am enrolled at the University of Alabama, pursuing an Ed. D. in instructional leadership in nursing education.
Over the years, I have worked in various healthcare settings, including as a pediatric private-duty nurse in home health. I have also worked at the bedside in telemetry, cardiac surgical, and neuro-ICU. However, my true calling and heart as a nurse lies in the classroom, where I relish the opportunity to educate and guide aspiring nurses.
I understand the challenges that nursing students face because I have walked in your shoes and continue to do so as a nurse educator. I recognize your love for nursing, which is rooted in your desire to care for people. However, the path to becoming a licensed and practicing nurse can be demanding. That is where I come in as a resource to offer support and guidance to help you succeed in your studies and as a future nurse.
